waterworks2 Posted January 28, 2013 Share Posted January 28, 2013 When I'm creating a new product, I am having errors. 1. The "Save and Stay" button in the upper right doesn't work. Nothing happens. 2. The "Save" button doesn't work. 3. PS will not load any other panels besides the first "Information" panel. I've tried... Saving my changes on first panel using the "Save" button in the lower area. It does save and that works. But I still can't get to the other panels such as Prices, SEO, etc. Leaving the product edit area, and coming back in. Then clicking on existing product I want to edit. I still can't get to the other panels for that product, such as Prices, SEO, etc. What is going on and how can I fix this problem? This is quite a frustrating error as it prevents me from finishing any product. Hopefully there is a simple fix that I missing. waterworks2 Posted January 28, 2013 Author Share Posted January 28, 2013 (edited) After some research, it appears to be my browser. I am currently using Firefox 18. I closed the browser and then opened up Google Chrome. Everything works as expected in Google Chrome. Maybe I need to clear my cache in Firefox? waterworks2 Posted January 28, 2013 Author Share Posted January 28, 2013 (edited) In Firefox (v18).. I logged out of the BO. Then I cleared all the cache. Then I shut down FF completely. Opened it back up. Logged back into BO. Product area works fine now. I can access all panels of new/existing products. Problem solved.
