When using Tax PayPal & Google Checkout show diff amount then Prestashop

I have had this issue for a long time and it seemed to have never been fix with any of the version of the Prestashop and it is really starting to cause me a lot of issues.

 

I since i had my site on not charged tax as my payment methods caused issues because of it.

 

When the user goes to check out with items that are on sale the tax amount seems to get messed up to what prestashop is passing to the payment gateways and I get Payment errors in my BO.

 

I am running 1.4.9 with the newest PayPal, I have tried to change the round method to all the types there are and nothing seems to help.

 

It seems that the amounts are a few cents different.

 

Can someone PLEAAAASE help me with this I really need to get this working I am not sure what else i can do to make this work. Everything seems to work ok IF tax is disabled, but i need it enabled.

 

If it helps any I am dealing with USD dollars. my Tax setting is set to 8.000

 

 

From the Shopping Cart

Total products (tax excl.):$43.22

Total shipping (tax excl.):$6.00Total

Total tax:$3.46

Total (tax incl.):$52.68

 

PayPal (for the same cart)

 

 

Item total $46.69

Shipping and handling: $6.00

Total $52.69 USD

 

As you can see the amounts are off by 1 cent Hope Someone can give me a hand with this as it is effecting both PayPal and Google Checkout.
