Contact Form Godaddy Error: An error occurred while sending message.

I'm using Prestashop 1.4.9 and when I want to send out a message with the contact form I always get the message:

 

There is 1 error :01. An error occurred while sending message.

 

 

I'm on an shared Linux Server at Godaddy.

I already tried a lots of tipps and used the search but nothing worked

I'm already trying it for a week with no luck and so many different solutions.

 

I think it's the SMTP settings. I used the settings I found here in the forum but still doesn't work:

Mail Domain Name: mydomain.com

SMTP Server: relay-hosting.secureserver.net

Username: empty

Password: empty

Encryption: none

Port: 25.

 

 

P.S. If I'm erasing the Username and Password in Preferences > Email and going on SAVE, prestashop is filling Username and Password automatically in with the last settings I used. Is that normal?

Only when I'm just saving a username, prestashops leaves the password empty. (See picture)
