Edit registration fields for Instore Pickup?

Hello,

 

I am creating website for a client and since this is a instore pickup shop he wants this to be completly removed:

 

 

 

Also a phone number fields needs to be moved here:

 

 

And benith phone number i need new field for customer ID number.

 

 

So once user selects product he wants to buy everything is done normaly, registration of email and password, carrier selection then payment selection just without address.

 

I have tryed editing authentication.tpl for my theme even on localhost but changes dont stick i even deleted whole authentication.tpl file and fields where still there.
