Peda
Hi, Categories does not displaying, open-close buttons (+ sign). I imported the same categories.csv file both on prestashop_1.5.2.0 version and on prestashop_1.5.3.1 version. prestashop_1.5.2.0 have no problem. But the final version of prestashop (1.5.3.1) does not showing open-close buttons. The plus sign does not appearing. Peda
Upgrading 1520 to 1531 is causing this error. In fresh install of 1531 everything is ok.
parsifal
Hello. Perhaps the "Solved" prefix in the topic title is a little misleading? I found myself in the exact same position as you, but fresh installing 1.5.3.1 was not an option. Somehow I managed to fix this (I think) by a combination of the following: clicking a 1st-level category, clicking one of its subcategories in the main content section of the page and browser hard refreshes (CTRL+F5). Can anyone confirm? Edited January 30, 2013 by parsifal (see edit history)
jmeile
Hi parsifal I did what you proposed, but I'm still having the same problem. I guess in your case was a cache issue. Somehow you resolved it in another way, but you were still getting the old pages, so, CTRL+F5 just forced the cache to be deleted. I don't know yet what could be wrong here :-(. I did a fresh prestashop 1.5.3.1 install, then copied the images and imported the database, but the plus signs aren't showning. Does somebody else has a clue? jmeile
Hi I solved it like this: 1) Press the "Reset" link of the "Categories Block" in the modules list 2) Delete the contents of the folder: cache/smarty/cache Then load the pages again. The plus symbol where again there. Best regards Josef
