order not showing up used google check out.

I did a live test order on google check out. I went all the way through and payed with a credit card. I got an email from my google merchant account saying that I had an order placed. Did not get an email from my store. Nor can I find the order in the store admin anywhere. The order did charge to my credit card. how do I find this order?

I have gone into the order page in the admin section and searched all the different settings. also if I log into the account I set up to place the order I do not see it under that account as well.
