nathanielleee
I am having a major issue with my site. After viewing a ton of pagenotfound errors on my customers online tab, we decided to dig through the site and found that on random, categories will lead to page not found. after looking deeper we found that inside certain categories, an automatic filter will activate on all categories leading out. Here is an example of how the link will look. http://apostolicclothing.com/17-maternity-modest-clothing/categories-tops?n=10&selected_filters=categories-tops?n=10&selected_filters=categories-tops?n=20&selected_filters=categories-tops&p=15&p=15 That same filter will be applied to whatever choice we make. This happens when certain categories are clicked, the category will show up fine but you will get page not found if you try and navigate to another category. What ive tried: Ive tried removing the layered navigation module, problem was still there ive also tried force compiling and resaving seo settings but didnt help. I really hope someone can help me with this because ive never seen anything like it in all my years of working with prestashop. im using 1.5.

ari100teles
Hi, I have the same problem in 1.5.0.17 There is many bugs in this version. The worst is that the bugs start discover when my shop was opened. I bought template, many weeks insert products, settings, translating, testing, we create marketing and branding plan and start this plan with investing money. And bugs start occurred - customer can not login/register. Cart is empty after added product. And now, I see in google analytics many "page not found". Always some problems. How can we do good business when the customers see that we have often problems with online shop. This is not good way to build real customer trust. We are very disappointed
BlueIzumi
I'm having this same issue. IT is full of bugs. I Called to report this and they told me I was full of it. I don't think they have any interest in fixing it what so ever. This makes me 100% sure I do not want, to give them any money if they don't even care about their program... If anyone figures out a fix please let me know too <3 Don't get me wrong this bug still makes me pretty angry. Specially since I'm being told it's not one... -,- Edited June 24, 2013 by BlueIzumi (see edit history)
BlueIzumi
Also if you could tell me how you figure out that cat. If someone could try to remove the category and rename it or something so we know weather it's a product or the category? I have an update I don't know if this will help anyone. Me and my partner were able to recreate the problem. There's also a bug on the back end where they can see things fine. However it tells us they are getting an error page. So it's not affecting the customers what so ever. I hope this helps someone <3 The way to get this bug is similar to what Nathan said ours was with our in stock products so far and her going to do a review. The good news is it's not affecting customers. As well as it's not a constant visual problem on the back end only happens sometimes. So if you see someone getting that repeatedly like they are looking at pages and it says page not found. It's a good thing they are viewing unaffected. I hope this helps people Upon more research it's looking like newly added products are causing this affect that's why we're having trouble pinning it down because we add new items daily <3 Again I hope this helps.
