carrier fees not showed

Hi,

I have a prestashop (1.4.0.17 version) online.

It´s online since 2010 but I started to administrate it 1 month ago. The point is that my client want to change shipping price, now it´s 2,9 eur.

 

I have tried everything, but shipping price it´s not update in frontside. I changed carrier prices, zones, everything...

 

I dont see that 2,9 euros anywhere:

Handling charges are 0 euros.

Carrier zone from 0 to 100000 euros it´s set to 0 euros.

 

I have tried to create a new carrier, with new zones and in the frontside shipping price don´t change, 2,9 euros in any product with any price, even disabling all carriers.

 

I´m starting to think that last administrator, put that price in any php consult or sql place, That would be possible?

 

Any idea to solve that? please.
