kkcustoms Posted January 22, 2013 Share Posted January 22, 2013 We recently downloaded prestashop for our business and it had worked great so far, but when we go to upload the images it just does not work. I checked and made sure the sizes were under 8 MB & that the format was correct (we used JPEG). The box will pop up to our folders to pick out the image, but then nothing happens at all until you save the page, exit out and go back to the editor, which then shows a little thumbnail of some random picture, but when clicked, 'TECHNICAL ERROR' appears (I attached a picture of this aswell)....
