Upgrade fail.

Com'n this upgrade is not thought through.

I understand database need upgrades no problem there.

But please can the upgrades be provided ?

This is seriously amateurism in the highest degree.

You have tools to update databases from other e-commerce platform, but you can't even migrate your own db.

Why can't you have a import tool that works together with the backup tool from earlier versions?

So you can just install the new version, import the db and copy/)paste you img folder?

This can't be so hard, right, many forum platforms use this with no problem at all.

 

I only read problems from people here on the forum and myself need to upgrade from version X, to version, to version, to version, to version, to version untill we end up with latest 1.5.3

It could be so easy.

Just a dB tool that can convert different versions databases and solved !
