Contact-form.php has different old header

I created an online copy of my prestashop 1.4.9 for testing.

Everything works but not the contact-form.php it is messed up.

When I look at the code I see that the relative address leads to my old folder /prestashop/stylesheet.css instead of the new folder /prestashopnew/stylesheet.css

 

Why does the Contact-form.php has a different header with the old folder linking?

Does someone know how to change it?

 

The cache got already get empty with the preference settings.
