Still problem with https pages

Perhaps someone would know why I am still having problems with my https pages. My website gulfport-florist.com, please login as [email protected]/guest you will see that the credit card and paybyphone payment modules do not display the categories tree. Also the same issue with the voucher/referral/alerts/loyalty points modules when you click on those under my account. They no longer display the modules such as blockadvertising,blockcategories/clock.
Basically all the modules are playing up under https pages.
Finally when you log out it should return to http but it doesnt. I have the 1.2 version.
Any idea?

might take a while to figure this one out, but first of all at the top of mywishlist.php in your modules wishlist folder add the following

$useSSL = true;

and see what difference that makes

Thank you but wouldn't that affect my wishlist only? I have also noticed that the advertising.gif is not showing up because the path to it is prestashop/modules/creditcard/modules/blockadvertising/advertising.gif
The true path should be prestashop/modules/blockadvertising/blockadvertising.gif
When I created a module folder in the credit card directory and placed the blockadvertising module there the image showed up ok.
Perhaps that is why none of the modules are showing up. How do i change the paths and where?
