With that module you can easily create unlimited number of additional fields and sections on top and bottom of the registration form. The advantage of that module is that it doesn't override or change any core files. If we can help we then we might or not, there are no requirements saying that you will get the answers to your questions. I don't want to start a polemic here but really guys... search a bit on your own. If you want to get the immediate result you are after then please check out the module from modulesmarket which will allow you to do exactly what you are after OR you can still refer to Prestashop development documentation at this link: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Developer+Guide and you will see all the code you need to know in order to implement yourself the behavior you are after. A bit of understanding is required, I can't see how throwing code to you guys in order to integrate there or there in your shop will be of any help to assist you in closing the problem you are after.
