Herland Posted January 20, 2013 Share Posted January 20, 2013 Hi, I am working under Pretsashop 1.4.7.0 and I get this error when I try to add a product: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product Details: Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest] Text status: parseerror There are similar posts over the internet, but none of them has given me a solution. He writes to us: "If I try Instant checkout, after selecting the watch I want n click the add in cart button I receive this msg TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product. Details: Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest] Text status: error When I try to register an acct, after filling up all the details I get this msg: Not Acceptable An appropriate representation of the requested resource /en/authentication could not be found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." Thank you for your help, we had customers in Singapore and all went well before... J.
