Reset all Customers and orders

Hello!

 

After many tests my shop is ready to "rock and roll".

 

I would like to reset all my test customers and orders that I made.

 

I saw this topic: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/9045-solved-how-to-reset-or-delete-all-orders-and-customers/

 

But I'm afraid that it might be too old and something breaks my installation.

 

What would be the tables to truncate?

 

Would the ID's also reset back to '1'?

If you read the thread to the end, there is an update for PS 1.4. Perhaps it works for 1.5. The latter might need some additional truncates, it has so many new tables!

 

In any case, backup your database, to be sure to be able to restore it afterward.

 

Another way is to make an export of a virgin database (fresh from install) as SQL textual mode, and one of your current DB.

Using a diff tool, you can see what is changed, what should be kept and what can be thrown away.
