[1.5.2.0] Customization data loss

Hi everybody.

 

I recently noticed that I lost some customization data for an order. The customer did ordered the same product 2 times, but with different customizations.

 

Today, in the order detail, I only see the customization for the first product, not the second one.

 

It seems that I lost customized data, I searched in the database (ps_customization, ps_customized_data, ps_order_detail), and found nothing.

I think maybe customized data has been deleted and the two products were merged.

 

I now I will never retrieve what I lost, but have you any idea / explanation about how this happened ?
