tgav Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 We paid somebody to rebuild our old website. He did it in Prestashop. We were having problems accessing preferences SEO and URL's. We asked prestashop if we could upgrade to the most recent version and they said it would be no problem. So we did it and the home page was formatted all wrong. the text was a different color, images didnt show up and on top of that i couldnt access images under products. So i tried the rollback feature in 1 click upgrade and the website went down... i log in but am not allowed access to anything and the dashboard menus are all messed up... help?
