Email encoding + LIVE.COM Problem

Hi,

 

I've just installed and configured new Prestashop 1.5.3.1. I've tried to send (over php-mail) some testmails:

 

GMAIL account brings all of them to SPAM folder

HOTMAIL (Live.com) rejects them (because of SPAM)

 

because of wrong encoding of those mail. There are some strange characters in the subject and in the body. The encoding is wrong - no UTF8, maybe some latin.

 

My Prestashop localization setting:

language: czech
server language: en (tried cz too)
land: cz

 

Where and how do I configure the email encoding?

 

Subject: Testovací zpráva – PrestaShop

body: Toto je testovací zpráva, server je nyní nakonfigurován pro odesílání e-mailů
