Email new order problem + invoice encoding

Hi

I have a 2 problems

1) For unknown reason the email that is send to the administrator when an order is made is send but it has no content. Just a blank page. It used to work and unexpectedly it does not anymore. Can anyone explain to me why this happens or if have experienced the same problem

 

2) I have encoding problems with the invoice. The store is greek and uses greek characters. But in the invoice the encoding is not recognised and instead the invoice is full of ????????....... How can i fix this
