pmfjoe
The entire 1.5 release set seems very buggy. 1.4 did not seem to have alot of these issues, its like there is no testing before releases. I am at 1.5.2 and am holding until something working comes along. Though I have thought recently of cutting my losses and going back to 1.
devilsown
1.5.x had tons of new features. More complex features means issues at first. I promiss 1.4.3 had plenty of issues too. i think it was 1.4.6 before most of the bugs where out.
El Patron
seems very buggy or is very buggy....just sounds passive agressive... install five 1.5.3 and four 1.5.3.1...all running fine and dandy....granted it's not idiot proof...I did however not install any pre 1.5.3 release other than on my localhost... from what I can tell is that the majority of issues are by those that upgrade....and it doesn't matter if it was 1.4.3 to 1.4.6.2...or 1.4 to 1.5...upgrading is a tricky business...also don't read a support forum thinking everyone has these problems...they don't, no more than the typical 5% personally I think 1.5 rocks....even though it's a huge amount of work to upgrade modules...or even have one module work in pre 1.5 and 1.5...so I am working for like 29 cents an hour...jajajajaja...but for me it's a hobby Edited January 18, 2013 by elpatron (see edit history)
