gabba Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 Serious bug, thats making this software almost unusable, not sure if this should be reported here, or in the forge, so i'll do both.. Orders history falls over when customers order history is large, and this is on a very fast dedicated server, so it really needs some kind of pagination, or re-programming, both in the BO and frontpages.. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
gabba Posted January 17, 2013 Author Share Posted January 17, 2013 Further to this, the customers profile page in the BO not only falls over with the orders list, but the cart history, and product history also need limiting in some way, I've managed to hack my install for now, but basically prestashops scripts and mysql queries are not optimised enough to handle larger databases.. kuraz Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 My BO has pagination. I'm using 1.5.2 and don't have this problem. I have a good bit of orders but not a large database when it comes to products I sell. What was your hack to fix this just in case I have this problem one day and what version are you using?
