Kay Jay
My client wants his customers to be able to order colour swatches from his online shop (these swatches are free - sort of, see below). This isn't a problem, but what is, is how to make those swatches free of the standard £5.95 delivery charge. I have tried but can only seem to get the shop to make everything free of delivery or everything charge £5.95!To make things a little more complicated, because these swatches are quite expensive to produce he wants to let the customer order up to 3 for free and there after slap on a fee (I think it was £5).If anyone can shed some light on this I would really appreciate the help. emadtakatka
I have the same problem before and I solve it as the following step by step:1-choose shipping from boven pannel2-from there leave the "Handling charges =0"3- change free shipping start at =5.954-be sure that the Billing option is clicked at according to total pricesave and then your probleem sure solved

Kay Jay
Right then, I've had a quick look at this and what has been suggested appears to just make everything free until a total order of £5.95 is accumulated - not quite what I was after. To re-cap:Every product has a £5.95 delivery charge with the exception of colour swatches. These will have no delivery charge. If anyone can help with setting this up, or at least let me know if this is actually achievable, I would be very grateful. If anyone can then go on to explain how to slap a charge of £5 if 4 or more swatches are ordered then even better. :-).....anyone have any ideas?
