Hi

not sure how to describe this

With a couple of modules I have been testing, they upload and install OK, but when i try to configure them I get this type of screen

instead of this

It is only with some modules and the underlying tables are fine. We have two Prestashop 1.5.2 installations and it works fine on one host, but not the other

I have tried clearing caches, different browsers e, install/ uninstall module

Devs think it is a server issue so don;t / cant be involved

Any ideas?

if you are not getting help it's more likely due to lack of explanation...

for example your screen images above look alike...you didn't mention if you wrote the modules or if not what modules they are....

it's all in the details...btw I've never seen this problem before...

Thanks for the reply, and spotting my screen print error - i have correct that

These are modules I have bought. I don't want to mention them at the moment as I don't want to give bad press.

it first happened with a google merchant module. It installed lovely on one server / shop. I then installed on the second server / shop and this happned. The module devs said they thought it was a server issue and it would not be worth their while looking into it. They gave me a refund. I just left it at that

Now it has happened again with another module (advanced filter - I have not contacted them yet, but will now) (in the meantime and since other modules are fine)

I was kinda just hoping someone would recognise it as perhaps a server config error or encoding issues and to do with ajax or smarty or whatever (no idea what I am talking about)
