Removing Catagory Box From Showing when You Click on Link

Ok So i've installed presta shop and so far im liking it alot better than OSCOMMERCE ever was.

 

I am trying to figure out. When you click on a Catagory on the left menu the page shows up. On the Top of the Page is a Like Catagory BOX Saying 1 Item With a picture and a short Description.

 

I would like to remove that from showing.

Also

Is it possible to configure a default view for Items in a Menu(catagory ) that only have 1 Item with Multiple Attributes.

 

Say I have 1 item in 8 colors. Can I configure presta shop to default to showing me the attributes rather than having to have a customer click on VIEW to get to them.
