elementofstylebridal
Hi all, I changed my .com/prestashop/ to .com and now I can't make any changes to my products - can't edit them, can't add any etc. I cant access my customer information and the search bar has gone to the top of my page instead of centred under my header. Can some please advise me what may have gone wrong? My host changed it over for me and said I may have to change something in the SEO and URL but I have no idea where to start :-/ Thanks in advance!! elementofstylebridal
Pretty please can someone offer some advise? I have asked my host and they seem to think that it's a prestashop thing :-/ I'm lost at what to do and REALLY need to add more products and use my customer section to respond to questions left
tannerS
Did you change your shop URL to .com on the SEO/URL page in the back office? Just delete the /prestashop part from the shop's address. You will need to cut out the /prestashop part out of the admin URL also so you can get to the BO. Pretty simple stuff, the site is no longer in a folder so, no more /prestashop in the URL.
