iiMKenny
Hi I have obtained a SSL Certificate and I'm having trouble enabling it on my presta website. I click "Please click here to use HTTPS protocol before enabling SSL." and I get this error "Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have." I do have a certificate though. Did I do something wrong when I received one? my website is www.thelotclothing.com if you need my BO info just let me know. Thanks.
Doulas Akula
Just confirm with your host that the certificate was installed and installed well first before you proceed with debugging on your side. This is more of client side than server side.
sophiep
I have just tried to visit your website but it is no available !! As recommended by Doulas, kindly discuss with your hosting providers as you will require dedicated IP for your domain to install SSL certificate on your web server. It is very simple process but you have to follow each steps in correct manner. All the best
