"After saving your customized product, remember to add it to your cart" even after all filled

Hello,

 

in Chrome and Firefox my shop sometimes sais "After saving your customized product, remember to add it to your cart" (the local language transaltion) even after all customization fields have been filled and saved (and a confirmation that I can now insert goods into the shopping cart displayed). No problem with goods that do not require customization.

 

It all works fine in Internet Explorer. It worked fine before in other browsers as well. But even more interestingly, it sometimes works in Chrome after waiting a while. It simply does not behave consistently.

 

Do you know what can the problem be?
