Paypal Problem when using Website Payments Pro Hosted

Hi there,

 

I'm having a few problems with the Paypal module. I'm using PrestaShop™ 1.5.1.0 and running the 3.4.1 version of the Paypal module.

 

My client pays for the privileged of using Website Payments Pro Hosted but this option fails to work when a customer attempts to pay using their Paypal account.

 

Upon clicking the button for paying using their paypal account, the user is taken to the paypal payment screen as one would expect, but no description of the cart or the store logo is displayed on the page, and when payment is made the customer is redirected to a blank page on the store site. No order is created in the back office, but payment is taken.

 

This is different to Paypal payments standard option, which works perfectly with store images displayed and order created etc.

 

It seems very strange that one works, and the other doesn't. Please help!

hi all..

 

i wanna asking about my problem website payment Pro Hosted. before im using standard now im upgrade paypal pro hosted. but my problem its is the my theme all i con so big .. after im change all to standard paypal its normal all... so what the problem can help me?
