Add Manufacturers into Block Top Menu Bar

Hello,

 

I've been trying to add the manufacturers (block) link into the top menu bar in order to have something like:

What's New- Manufacturers - other categories etc

 

but after looking everywhere, I can't seem to be able to do it; the whole manufacturer can't be moved to the menu bar.

I'm sure someone would have encountered the same probleme and could suggest something?

can you give an url to your shop? Maybe we can help you with it when wee see the source of your shop

You will need to add the links to the top menu in the top menu configuration.

First create the manufacturers in Category, Manufacturers, then go to Modules, Top horizontal menu click on configure and add to the menu.

Vekia, I'm on local and I'm trying to attach a screen grab to show you but can't seem to do it. Basically in the top menu, I would like to have (the block) Manufacturers/Brand (it will be renamed to designers) next to other categories

Tdr170, if I understood your suggestion well, if I only add manufacturers (later renamed as designers) as a categories, I just get the name but not any of the functions of the block manufacturers, is that right?

If you can quickly tell me how to add an image, I'll be able to show you.
