bank wire module doesn't work

My bank wire module doesnt work in Orestashop 1.4.9.

When I'm choosing the payment method by clicking on it I got redirected to the confirmation page where it says:

Please confirm your order by clicking 'I confirm my order'.

 

But there is no link to confirm.

 

I added 2 pictures.

The first one shows how it is at the moment.

The second one shows how it should be with the missing buttons that should normaly show up.
