CrimsonCollectibles
When I first installed Prestashop, I had issues with trying to add items with it saying something about friendly URLs, and also was not able to see the images when I uploaded them. I upgraded to 1.5.2, and I stiull could not see the images. So today I upgraded to 1.53 and I still can not see any images I upload for my products. Please help. I need to open store up and cant... Thanks in advance, Crimsonthrift.com

nadiap
I'm only a newbie to PS myself, but could it be a server problem, that the folder doesn't have the right permissions set on it to accept you uploading pictures into it ?? Just saw the 'undefined' note you pout up, sorry don't know what that means, so probably not what I suggested then - sorry. Hopefully someone with more experience can help you ! Ad thats where I read they were kept... I do hope someone can help me.. I am at a total loss. And this script seems to work otherwise very well... except for this issue I am having.. klevi
hey guys not sure if it will help, but I bought a theme today and it had some info in the readme.txt file regarding this issue. it goes like this: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT!!!!! There is a bug in PrestShop 1.5.3.1 that prevents product images from showing in Internet Explorer. The solution is to add image settings in your admin area. Admin > Preferences > Images > click "Add new" See screenshot for the eight new settings you need to add (marked with red arrow). Instead of the example pres8a, use your theme name, pres1a or pres2a or pres2b etc etc. Screenshot example: http://www.themespresta.net/images/image_settings.jpg
