Page blanche produit dématérialisé

Bonjour,

 

Je suis en train de mettre en place une boutique en ligne pour l'un de mes clients.

Celui-ci propose des recettes (gratuites) accessible directement par téléchargement au format PDF).

 

Cependant, lorsque l'on arrive à l'étape "paiement", la page est blanche; Mais le client reçoit bien un courriel précisant "paiement accepté" (logique .. C'est gratuit) et un autre mail lui disant d'aller dans l'historique de ses commandes.

 

Comment réparer ça .. ?

Hi!

 

I am sorry I cannot speak French but I had the same fatal error as mentioned in previous post and was looking for a solution for 10 hours now! I think I found what the problem is. You can only use .jpg files for logo image on PDF generated invoices (I used .png instead, doh) otherwise all verification at the step 5 of shopping cart will fail! ( You can set logo images in Preferences > Themes )

 

So that is something that should be reported to Prestashop team to change at the backend. You shouldn't be able to add png images to logos for PDF invoices!
