LuluJ1984
Hi, I have set up a product which is customisable and has three product attributes, but when the item is ordered I can only see the colour attribute selected in the back office. I need to see all attributes in the back office to complete orders. Is this possible?
sickshot
I have the same issue ... anyone can help here?
stottycabanas
sickshot, is each of your product combinations based on all of the relevant attributes? Cheers, Dave
sickshot
hi stottycabanas sorry but i don't understand your question... what you mean by relevant? on this page http://newshop.kenari.ge/ka/15-test-lens.html I have added a test product with all attributes but in the back office order details I get only the value of the first drop down - called "ADD"
stottycabanas
sickshot, by relevant I just mean the attributes that are applicable to the product. E.g. if you have attributes across all products of colour, size, disk space & flavour and one of the products you sell is T-shirts, the only relevant attributes you are likely to select would be colour and size. The link you provided says 'product no longer available'. Can you provide a screenshot of the combinations page for a product where you have set up your combinations. Thanks, Dave

stottycabanas
Sorry I meant the combinations page in Back Office. Go to Catalog->Products, edit the Test Lens product, click Combinations tab on left. Perhaps have a read of this first, in case it answers your query: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/310761-how-to-use-attributes-without-product-combinations-generator/?p=1573619 Cheers, Dave

stottycabanas
Although I'm not familiar with 1.4 versions of Prestashop, I think the principle is the same as in my other post I linked to. You create a single combination manually by selecting the required values for each of ADD, AXIS, CYL and SHP. The important thing is to click the Add button for each of the 4 choices so you end up with those 4 choices listed in the box next to the Add & Delete buttons. Than add other info such as impact on price, etc. Only then should you click the 'Add this combination' button. I don't know if every combination of ADD, AXIS, CYL & SHP is possible. If so, that would give you 240 combinations to set up, which would probably be easier with the combinations generator. Cheers, Dave
sickshot
I dont know Why it wasnt working when I added combinations manually, but generator Works just fine. Thank you stottycabanas
stottycabanas
No worries, sickshot - glad it's worked out for you. Cheers, Dave
sickshot
stottycabanas is there a way to make that "not relevant" combinations to show on order? i mean even if there is no such combination (well there is but its not relevant to other combinations) still make it to appear on order? stottycabanas
Hi sickshot, I'm not clear what you mean. The order will just show the combination that the customer has ordered. Why would you want irrelevant combinations to appear there too? There might be hundreds. Cheers, Dave
