benjamin utterback
Hello tuff_cowboy, Please check the permission of your images directory. Concerning the ajax error, please try to look if there is javascript errors (using firebug or the chrome console). What hosting you are using, your php version, your PrestaShop version, a URL would be ideal as well.

benjamin utterback
Hi tuff_cowboy, you would need to check the console for any javascript errors. Are you using chrome? you can then Press F12, and view the "Console" to see if there are any errors.

benjamin utterback
You can Post the errors in here. It is better that way. Also, please turn on Error reporting in your config.inc.php file .... line 29 change Display errors to "on" and let me know if anything shows. benjamin utterback
This seems to be a problem with your server or configuration. Try to call your hosting them increase the timeout settings in your php.ini file. Do you know how this happened?
tuff_cowboy
All i did was install attracta and seo tools from cPanel and everything hit the fan. i contacted them/hostgator earlier yesterday and said that everything was working on their end. So I will contact them again to have them change the timeout settings of php.ini

FERMB
SOLUCIONADO
