jmcamps
Hi, I failed upgrading from 1.5.2 to 1.5.3, using the 1-click update module due to this error: 1.5.2.0. upgrade : null [ERROR] version to install is too old Any ideas? Thanks
clayton29657
Hey jmcamps was it the newest version of 1.5.3.1 or just 1.5.3?
jmcamps
Hello, It was the 1.5.3.1 Is the last one the module goes to search for installing.
JulianMartin
Hello, I can confirm the same problem. Using version 1.5.2.0, and 1-click upgrade, trying to upgrade to version 1.5.3 stable, the process ends on an error: 1.5.2.0. upgrade : null [ERROR] version to install is too old. My install is in spanish and the process messages during backup are also all wrong (maybe it's a language problem why there is no new version number?) Obviously when comparing to NULL, it is going to fail. Any way around this? I need to upgrade because I am trying to see it the new version addresses the "cannot save PDF translations" problem that i have.

tchipperfield
I also have this issue, did anyone get any further with this?
benjamin utterback
Hi tchipperfield, what version do you have, and what version are you upgrading to. Also, can you check to see what version of the autoupgrade module you have? Thank you!
tchipperfield
Hi, I'm currently running 1.5.0.17 and the 1 click upgrade is trying to update it to 1.5.4.1 The 1 Click Upgrade is version 1.0.19, have you got any suggestions/ideas? Many Thanks
benjamin utterback
You have built your store on 1.5.0.17? Is it live? Have you tried to upgrade to an earlier version like 1.5.3.1?
tchipperfield
I purchased a theme which required 1.5.0.17 for some reason. As far as you know were there any major bugs/issues in this release? I used the 1 click upgrade to the version you suggested and it completed OK, I then used 1 click upgrade to try and go to the latest version and it failed. I will have a better look and try to go to a different point release. Many Thanks
Julien_Snow
Hello, There is some answer here : http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/247133-error-version-to-install-is-too-old-1540-to-1541/ In my case, I I turned off native support module and retry the upgrade after deleted all .list and .var files in /admin/autoupgrade/ directory and config/xml/ directory.
