Register and Login forms

Hi guys,

 

I want to change login and register forms background separately. However whatever i can do it doesn't react. Probably i am making mistake. It only reacts on css file with FORM.std FIELDSET, FORM.std FIELDSET H3, FORM.std FIELDSET SPAN, FORM.std FIELDSET A bla bla bla... These css code affects both register and login forms. How can i change it properly? I am attaching order-opc-new-account.tpl file. The form and fieldset codes written in there.
