Update translation 404 error

Curently I'm working on my site and wanted to update one translation for my module. After I press update translation it directs me to 404 page not found? I'm not sure why? I have changed my max_var_inputs to 4000. Has anybody met with this problem?

What version are you on? suspect 1.5.2

 

I had the problem in 1.5.2 (I am a newbie and only have tried 1.5.2 upwards)

 

I needed to change the PDF invoice translation to suit Australia TAX laws and was doing it manually due to the 404 error but this was one of the first things I tried in the 1.5.3 update (fixed no error for me now) I was also hoping 1.5.3 would fix the PDF invoice layout as it is not correct but it didn't fix that.

 

The 404 error is fixed for me in 1.5.3 BUT 1.5.3 has a major issue minor fix with products on clean install or upgrade

 

So you would need to apply the workaround that a few have worked out in the forum (well done people)
