smitty Posted December 27, 2012 Share Posted December 27, 2012 Hi, When I place an order on my webshop, I get, as customer an email with an orderconfirmation. Also I get one as reseller. But that mail is wrong. There come a random product extra on this confitmation. The total thas has to be paid is correct. But the first product shouldn't be there Has anyone an idea what goes wrong? clayton29657 Posted January 3, 2013 Share Posted January 3, 2013 Hello Smitty I may know what the issue is. How many test orders did you've? If you did have some did you completely delete them before going live? If not then your customers will get emails like this and show extra products in their emails. It's almost like lets say you have 20 test orders and you start regular orders off at #1 those test will show in emails. There is more topics regarding this throughout the forums. I did no test on my sites before going live i fixed after customers said there was issues just so I wouldn't run into this problem.
