Prestashop is Changing Categories URLs

Hello,

 

I am owning an online shoe shop running PS 1.5.2.

 

Prestashop is changing the friendtly URLs without any sense from the one its suppose to be to another one that adds some additional attributes.

 

This is happening in some categories, not in all and not always in the same.

 

Deleting .htaccess and regenetating it again seems to solve the problem but, it appears again some time later.

 

The new .htaccess generated that solve the problem for some hours till it appears again, is exactly identical than the old deleted

 

For example, in mens boots category from which the URL suppose to be something like

 

http://www.marlosonline.es/42-botines

 

Is adding colors and sizes attributes and change it to:

 

http://www.marlosonline.es/42-botines/colores-multi/tallas-45

 

The URL works but no items are shown in there.

 

I guess is a Prestashop 1.5.2 bug but, any ideas?

In your category "42-botines", there is no color called "colores-multi", so it's normal you do not see any products when you follow the url

Yes, I know that, the problem is that Prestashop is adding sometimes colores-multi or whatever behind the correct URLs.

 

Anybody knows why?

Where do you get this url from anyway? Could you post the url of the page where such "invalid" urls are found?

It´fine now as I have regenerated the htaccess and this corrects the issue for a while .

 

The changed URL is http://www.marlosonline.es/42-botines/colores-multi/tallas-45,'>http://www.marlosonline.es/42-botines/colores-multi/tallas-45, if you click you will go to the page that Prestashop is taking to when is adding /colores-multi/tallas-45 behind http://www.marlosonline.es/42-botines/ which is the correct one.

 

I have activated the facets navigation and as I can see what Prestashop is adding at the end "colores-multi/tallas-45" it seems like is applying a kind of filter, obviously not requested to the URL as colores is colors in spanish and tallas is sizes.

 

Any ideas?
