How can I design Top horizontal menu?

I would like to design the top horizontal menu with putting colors and so on

 

could someone help me with this

 

or give me an advice?

hi there my site is www.donij.com and the site that I took the image was from www.loldayz.com thank you!

on 'loldayz.com' the top menu background is an image with the logo inside, it will not fit to your layout.

everything you need is in "modules/blocktopmenu/css/superfish-modified.css"

if you want the divider between options to be "/" you need to modify "modules/blocktopmenu/img/bg_li_blocktopmenu.png"

the entire background is: "modules/blocktopmenu/img/bg_blocktopmenu.png"

 

basically you need to decide which color you want the background, which color the text, what color when hover with the mouse.

 

if you want to change colors and leave the same design I can help you if you are unable to find the properties in the css.

The designer guide in the prestashop documentation is all you need, to understand how a prestashop theme works. Everything else is like anything that is in any other site. In other words, it's all just CSS files and HTML tags.
