I'm actually still working on the home page product displaying and improving seo. I was even thinking to place a small banner next to the logo to give importance to the free shipping message.

Amazing design.

 

I think your homepage is better as two column with just left and center column. The right column seems empty and unwanted. Maybe you can integrate the right-colum blocks into footer or left. Just an opinion!!

Left Column: The leaf graphic placed beside the Organic category is quite large. I'd suggest resizing it or removing it all together to have uniformity for category list on that side. Also suggest utilizing an accordion fly-out menu instead of a drop-down menu for categories list to make it easier for visitors to browse the child categories and subcategories of main categories.

 

Right Column: What is the purpose or call to action for placing Leave Feedback and Review Feedback in the right column under TNT tracking. Also utilize the empty space for sales banners and other appropriate calls to action to get the customers to register an account or to make a purchase (i.e. Free Shipping for the whole month of December!) or even share customer testimonies.

 

Footer: I don't really see the need or purpose for having the "Disable" radio button under Newsletter subscription; visitors will make their choice rather they wish to sign-up for news updates.
