CSV imported items sometimes won't allow picture uploads

In my prestashop ver. 1.4.8.2 I uploaded 500 products and of those products they all had varying combinations.

 

The issue I am having is the images for the products are being added in manually because they were not finished. A majority of the products work but some of them do not. I have error reporting turned on and I am not getting any messages. It just goes back to the image upload screen after I click save as if I never did anything. However if I add a product manually it seems to work that way.
