beergrains
Hello, I'm considering giving Prestashop a try but I want to confirm a couple things. 1. Is there is a way to create a sales tax report. I don't see anything in the backend demo but I'm assuming there must be something since it's a basic requirement for any business. 2. Can anyone please confirm if it is possible to charge tax on shipping only. For example, if a customer purchases a non-taxable product, in Canada, they are still required to pay tax on the cost of shipping. The tax function needs to be flexible enough to handle: taxable and/or non-taxable products in the cart apply tax to shipping independtly, regardless of whether or not taxable items are in the cart Your help is greatly apprciated. Cheers!
Pippo3000
ad 1: I am interested in that, too. I know I can print all invoices. I can also print all credit slips. But I then need to add up all taxes from the invoices and then deduct all taxes from the credit slips to determine the value added tax I need to pay to my tax authorities. so what I really miss is a straight forward and simple one-click option to spit out all taxes (by applicable %, so in Germany e.g. 19% for everything except 7% for books and cards) and also the deductions / reimbursements from the credit slips. I wonder why this is still not implemented in my v1.4.8.2 since I find this is a crucial requirement for those running a shop?!
