Problem with Checkout Module

Hopefully someone can help.

 

My customers cannot process their orders in my prestashop.

 

1. They sign in (which works fine)

2. Add items to their cart (again no problem)

3. They process through the order summary, then to billing/shipping address.

 

Here's where the problem is. They proceed to shipping and they are brought back to the order summary and from here they cannot continue to payment and they keep toggling between order summary and billing/shipping address.

Hello,

 

 

We (people who are going to help) will need more information such as what version of PS you are using.

 

I just made a test account on your site, and I could not get to the shipment page.

 

That makes me think that maybe you have a problem with your carrier definition, or zones, or that you do not deliver the USA (I have chosen a USA delivery n my test).

PS: Make a backup of your DB to be able to restore after 'we' make some tests or you will have to clean up manually
