Guest
I am not sure of the exact cause - possibly both, but just upgraded to latest version of both prestashop and Paypal module When customers checkout with PayPal the status of the order is now chanced to "Payment Remotely Accepted" It used to be "Payment accepted" The problem is that with the status of "Payment Remotely Accepted" Prestashop does not recognise that payment has been accepted, and so no invoices etc are available. I have to manually change the status to "Payment Accepted" for everything to work Is there a way of either configuring the PayPal module to set to the "Payment Accepted" status, to configure prestashop so that ""Payment Remotely Accepted" acts like "Payment Accepted"
vividcolour
You can change the behaviour of each order status by logging in to your admin panel (Back Office), going to "Orders > Statuses", selecting the status you would like to edit and tick the options according to how you would like that status to behave (the options available are slightly different in versions 1.4 & 1.5 but you can still basically do the same thing in either version) I hope this made sense and help you with your problem! - Nick

Pronux
Hi, maybe my question comes a little bit late but what does "Payment Remotely Accepted" mean and why does it exist? If we have to change the name of this status in every shop to use it properly, then it makes no sense and we should report it @ forge.
