Using prestashop 1.4.9

 

Get the following error code by turning on error reporting. As site is live, I greatly appreciate any help I can det.

Start by uninstalling the slidecaptcha module and see if you can access the contact form.

Actually I don't have that module installed which is why it's really odd...

At some point you did you have had it installed, the link is looking for slidecaptcha.tpl and is not finding it.

If you had it installed did you uninstall or just delete it.

Try regenerating your .htaccess file.
