Combinations do not calculate the correct values

Hi

 

I have created product combinations.

While configuring the combinations and setting the impact on price, everything look normal.

 

ie. I have a default combination of 3 month x 1000 subscribers @ ZAR295

 

When I add the combination of 12 months x 1000 subscribers, I set the impact to increase by ZAR200.

 

The end result when dispalying this combination = ZAR2075 in stead of ZAR495

 

In the configuration it does say that the final price will be ZAR495.

 

When trying to see what could cause the problem, it seems that it is actually using the Euro currency instead of the ZAR currency even though ZAR is the default and is displayed in the Combinations configuration.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,

Try looking in the currencies tab. If none of the currencies' exchange rate is set to 1, that's normal. Try setting your ZAR conversion rate to 1, and adjust the others accordingly

Over and above this problem, is when you have the Loyalty Rewards module installed. Loyalty points are displayed incorrectly. Example a price that is lower shows more loyalty points than a higher price within the same combination?

Ok, the loyalty rewards issue is related to the info not refreshing properly when changing between combinations. Depending on the combination chosen, the loyalty info may or may not display correctly. Refreshing the page fixes the problem.
