unable to log into my test account on my web and shopping cart empty!

hi everyone,

 

i am in the midst of testing my website.

 

1. i am not able to log into my test account on my own website, it just blanks out whenever i try to log in.

 

2. whenever i add items into my cart and proceed to check out. it always shows empty cart.

 

 

3. when i tried it on Safari, it apparently works, but not on any other platforms!

 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem??
