d22009 Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 (edited) Hi Everytime an order is placed on our website email is only been sent to the customer and not the staff email address. it used to and has stoped doing so any ideas whats wrong and how to fix this the only change i have made is i installed a pay by telephone module but even that was sending emails correctley the module is: Desarrollo: Desarrollado sobre PrestaShop 1.5.2 Compatibilidad Posible: PrestaShop 1.5.x.x Funcionalidad: Generacion De Orden Estado Pendiente.
