Aagje Vanden Bussche Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 Lately, I've been having a couple of people who've checked out, paid the amount due (via Paypal or Moneybookers) and then come to a blank page. The items they purchased stay in their cart and when they would check out again, the website asks them to pay again. We receive the payments, but nothing else: no order confirmation, no emails. So our customers get debited, but don't get anything in return and this shows very bad service at our end. Anybody any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks! Not sure but it may cause the problem since the outside website may not be able to get back on your shop. Might be worth to check. Hope ths helps. Cheers!
